SO IT staff led the expansion of a three billion dollar biotech concern with offices in Europe to a new US office in the Bay Area. Tasks included providing a technology integration plan, creating an IT support and resource model to transition to in-house after 100 days, linking communications, laboratory and regulatory applications and systems with the Europe offices, and coordinating procurement, configuration and installation of new network and server infrastructure and end-user devices while managing the expectations of C level executives from Europe and U.S.
